Content Transfer (Electronic Data)

You've made the decision that your existing ecommerce platform is not up to scratch and you want to switch your business over to Tiger Commerce's superior software.

You've seen how quick and easy it is to set up your shop, but there's one thing that may hold you back...

How do you quickly and cost-effectively transfer your product catalogue to your new online shop?

It may have taken you months or years to build up the product catalogue on your existing website shop – stock numbers, variants, product descriptions, prices, images and more. The thought of transferring all that data across may fill you with dread.

Fear not, we can help.  We will ensure that the content transfer is a smooth and time-efficient process and that no shop downtime is incurred (the last thing you want is an interruption to your business).

Your data and images need to be in electronic format to benefit from this package. Prices start at £1 per product (data and images) with bulk discounts applicable as below:

  • 200 Products = £200
  • 500 Products = £450
  • 1,000 Products = £850

 

The 'Content Transfer (Electronic Data)' includes:

  • Transfer and upload of data from existing electronic source to CSV format (compatible with Tiger Commerce software) or directly into your shop.
  • CSV spreadsheet will be available for you to make any amendments (e.g. update prices, add new products etc) before upload into your shop.
  • Data and images included (must already be in electronic / digital format)
  • Review of data once in shop to ensure that it has all successfully uploaded
  • You may then manually make any changes / updates to the product data via the Admin Area of your shop.
  • You can continue to run your existing shop platform until all the data is in your new Tiger Commerce shop and you are ready to go live (no shop downtime is necessary).
Note: If you have non-electronic data (e.g. print brochures and other offline media) that you also wish us to import to your shop, the charge per product (data and image) is £2.50 (bulk discounts may apply).
