Complete Shop SetupThe Complete Shop Setup package has been put together for serious e-tailers who are looking for a competitive advantage in the market place. It is targeted at new ecommerce businesses requiring a complete ecommerce solution with an all-inclusive set up package – including professional design, product data assistance, payment gateway assistance, account management, software training, marketing guidance and much more. It will also appeal to shop owners who require a fast to market solution and who would prefer to outsource key elements of the website shop setup to ecommerce professionals so that they can focus their efforts on other areas of their new business. For £2,499.99 plus VAT, this package includes all the set up services listed, below plus access to the Tiger Commerce software that powers your shop for a full 12 months, inclusive hosting for your shop and priority support. At the end of the 12 month period, shop owners will revert to our Tiger Commerce Basic package (£17.99 /month) to cover ongoing software rental. The 'Complete Shop Setup' includes:

The 'Complete Shop Setup' IN DETAIL includes: Project Kick-Off Meeting A one-to-one meeting (or phone consultation) to establish key facts about your business including product information, market positioning, payment gateways and general business operations. The consultation is a high level overview of your business and how it will engage with Tiger Commerce software (max 3 hours). Product Data Assistance Product Data Assistance. Our technical team will assist in the collation of your product data from existing platforms or databases and convert it into a compatible format with our software. This data will then be imported into your Tiger Commerce shop which will establish its navigational framework. Design Package – Silver
Payment Gateway Assistance Our technical team will setup your chosen payment gateway (from those integrated) with Tiger Commerce and perform thorough testing to ensure that it is fully operational at the point of handover. Google Analytics Integration Setup of Google Analytics account if required or integration of existing account into your Tiger Commerce shop. Dedicated Account Manager You get your own dedicated Account Manager to advise on the ongoing development of your online business. The Account Manager is well versed on the software and will be able to offer guidance on features and functionality that you may not have considered or simply not known were available. Full Software Training Full Software Training A training session with your dedicated Account Manager to walk you through all the features and functionalities of Tiger Commerce software. Also, an opportunity for a 'Question and Answers' session on ecommerce principles and processes you should consider practicing in your shop. (Max 3 hours). Hosting, Domain and Emails Hosting, Domain and emails Included within the Tiger Pro package is hosting, a .com / .co.uk domain name for a year and 3 email accounts. If you already have a domain name and emails, we can help with the transfer of these domains and integration with your shop.
